Terms and conditions for cancellation:
Under the Italian Consumer Code, you do not have any right of withdrawal. However, we can offer you the following cancellation policy: Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival - no charge. From 29 days to 15 days before the arrival date = 40% of the costs. From 14 days to 8 days before arrival = 60% of the total price. Cancellation less than 8 days before arrival, or early departure = 100% of the price. We expressly pay your attention to the legislative provisions pursuant to articles 45-67 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
We advise you to take out the "Gallo Rosso" travel cancellation insurance to avoid any unpleasant costs.
